INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp Norco Butter
150g Norco Cream
500g Norco Milk
250g Grated Norco Natural Elbo Style Cheese
200g Norco Shredded Parmesan
100g Norco Tasty Shredded cheddar
350g spiral or short pasta
3 tbsp plain flour
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 200c (180c fan forced)
Boil the pasta (2 mins less than stated on the pack) and drain
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the plain flour. Cook for 1 min and gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Simmer for 5 mins, while whisking
Take thickened sauce off the heat and stir in 250g Grated Norco Natural Elbo style Cheese, the Norco Tasty Shredded cheddar and half of the Norco Shredded Parmesan
Stir the pasta into the sauce and season with salt and pepper
Transfer into a large ovenproof dish and spread remaining Norco Parmesan and cook for 20 mins until golden
