INGREDIENTS
Greens Savoury Scone Cheese & Chive mix 460g
300g pesto
200g Norco Shredded Parmesan
Norco Butter
Jam
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 200c (180c fan forced)
Line baking tray with baking paper
Place scone mix and water into a mixing bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until a sticky, soft dough has formed
Place dough onto a well-floured surface and rest for 5 minutes
1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
Dust and roll out dough to 2cm thickness
Cut out 9 scones using a scone cutter, dipping the cutter into flour between cuts to prevent sticking
Create a well on top of each scone with your thumb and add pesto and Norco shredded Parmesan Cheese
Place onto a baking tray. Brush the tops and sides of the scones with Norco milk.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring onto a cooling rack. Cut scones in half and spread jam onto warm scones.
