INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups of Perfection Fresh Raspberries

  • 1 cup of almond milk, or milk of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

  • 2 dates (without seeds)

  • Ice cubes

METHOD:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes till smooth and creamy.

  • Adjust the thickness by adding more milk to thin it or additional chia seeds for thicker texture.

  • Serve immediately, or the smoothie may be kept in the refrigerator for several hours.
