1 packet mix of Green’s Zesty Orange Cake

2 Delite Mandarins, segmented and pith removed

¾ cups caster sugar

Juice from 6 Delite Mandarins

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Prepare and bake the Green’s Zesty Orange Cake according to packet instructions.

To make the Delite Mandarin syrup, place the sugar and Delite Mandarin juice in a saucepan and simmer until sugar has dissolved.

Pierce the cake with a skewer and drizzle the syrup all over. Top the cake with some Delite Mandarin segments.
