Total Time: 35 mins
INGREDIENTS
100 wonton wrappers
800g mince pork
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of sliced green onion
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 egg, beaten
5 cups of finely shredded Chinese cabbage
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the pork, ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg and cabbage. Stir until well mixed.
Put all ingredients into the Kenwood food processor and blend, combining all ingredients together.
Place 1 heaping teaspoon of pork filling onto each wonton skin.
Moisten the edge with water to help it stick, and fold over to form a triangle. Roll edges slightly to seal the filling.
Set the dumplings on a lightly floured surface until ready to cook.
To cook, steam the dumplings in a covered bamboo steamer for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
