INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Three Threes BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp gochujang
1 pear
1 clove of garlic
1 thumb of ginger
500g Our Cow Beef Scotch Fillet
1 bunch of shallots
1 tbsp rice bran oil
Sea salt flakes and black pepper to taste
Sesame seeds
Rice to serve
METHOD:
Grate the pears into a small bowl and add BBQ sauce, gochujang, garlic & ginger
Thinly slice the beef and marinate in the sauce
Preheat a pan over a high heat and add a little oil. Cook the beef quickly then serve scattered with sliced shallots and sesame seeds over rice
