Full Recipe in Details

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp Three Threes BBQ Sauce

  • 2 tbsp gochujang

  • 1 pear

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 thumb of ginger

  • 500g Our Cow Beef Scotch Fillet

  • 1 bunch of shallots

  • 1 tbsp rice bran oil

  • Sea salt flakes and black pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds

  • Rice to serve

METHOD:
  • Grate the pears into a small bowl and add BBQ sauce, gochujang, garlic & ginger

  • Thinly slice the beef and marinate in the sauce

  • Preheat a pan over a high heat and add a little oil. Cook the beef quickly then serve scattered with sliced shallots and sesame seeds over rice
