Today, I want to share a creamy and healthy dessert whipped up with my Kenwood Chef Titanium XL.
The paddle folding tool within the Kenwood Chef XL Titanium keeps the mixture moving for extra delicious cream Blueberry Ice Cream.

Blueberry Icecream 🍦

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Devondale Heavy Cream
1 cup of Devondale Full Cream Milk
2/3 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of water
1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
1 punnet of Perfection Fresh Blueberries
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 2/3 cup of water in a shallow pan. Once boiling, add in the sugar. Stir until a sticky syrup is formed.
Add in the punnet of Perfection Fresh Blueberries, stirring till the Blueberries breakdown.
In the food processor, pour Devondale Heavy Cream and Devondale Full Cream Milk in, whisking till soft peaks form.
Line a tin with baking paper and pour the ice cream mixture in. Pour blueberry jam over it and swirl.
Place into the freezer for 40 minutes or until set.
Serve in a bowl and with additional fresh blueberries if desired.
