INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups of Perfection Fresh Raspberries
1 cup of almond milk, or milk of your choice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
2 dates (without seeds)
Ice cubes
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes till smooth and creamy.
Adjust the thickness by adding more milk to thin it or additional chia seeds for thicker texture.
Serve immediately, or the smoothie may be kept in the refrigerator for several hours.
