MINI PANCAKE CEREAL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • 2 Cups self-raising Flour

  • Devondale full cream milk

  • Devondale unsalted Butter

  • Blueberry Jam (optional)

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add 1 whole egg, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of self-raising flour & Devondale full cream milk into the Kenwood food processor.

  • Mix until the batter becomes a nice thick texture.

  • Pur the batter in a Piping bag (any other plastic bag will also do the trick), cut a small hole to have optimal control over how much batter comes out.

  • Add a cube of butter into a heated pan, wait till butter melts and covers the pan evenly.

  • Now add the pancake batter in small circles in the pan, wait till you see small bubbles appear on the surface and flip the mini-pancakes.

  • Remove mini-pancakes from the pan when golden brown and into a bowl.

  • Add some more butter and blueberry jam on top to taste.
